Fox News Anchor Arrested At Minnesota Bar

Fox News anchor Gregg Jarrett was arrested at a Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport bar on Wednesday after bar-goers complained he was being disruptful.

The weekend co-anchor was taken into police custody around 12:30 p.m. after originally refusing to follow police orders. He was charged with obstruction of the legal process and taken to jail.

Jarrett, who is currently on leave for personal reasons, was charged $300 bail and will appear in court on June 6.

“He is dealing with serious personal issues at this time,” a Fox News spokesperson reported. “A date at which Gregg might return to air has yet to be determined.”

The anchor is known for his claim that Trayvon Martin may have been violent because he smoked marijuana. He has also suggested that George Zimmerman had been punished enough by gaining weight.
