Video: High School Principal Erik Naumann Suspended for 'Terminator' Parody

Everett High School principal Erik Naumann was recently suspended after parodying the movie character 'The Terminator' in a video (below), in which he introduced himself to students as the 'The Naumannator' in Everett, Massachusetts.

Naumann was suspended for two days for the video, which included scenes from 'Terminator 2: Judgement Day' showing empty classrooms and playgrounds burning, reports ABC News.

There were also edited scenes of Naumann stalking Sarah Connor (played by Linda Hamilton in the film).

Everett Public Schools Superintendent Frederick Foresteire told WCVB-TV on Monday: “The messages that are in that video are kind of disturbing. A woman terrorized in the hallway. They show four empty classrooms. Where have the students gone?”

The video, shown during morning announcements at Everett High School, caused controversy after a student uploaded it to YouTube.

One parent told ABC News: “If this was a child, what would happen to the child? They would be suspended or reprimanded.”
