UCLA Hosting Masturbation Workshop for College Students

| by Michael Allen

The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) is hosting a masturbation workshop tonight to educate college students in the art of self-pleasure.

“We talk a lot about safe sex in the context of heterosexual individuals, but we don’t really talk about self pleasure and masturbation,” Savannah Badalich, the Undergraduate Students Association Council Student Wellness Commissioner, told the school’s newspaper The Daily Bruin.

Badalich claims the “Finals Can Wait, Masturbate!” workshop is needed to because masturbation can reduce stress and increase happiness, which apparently not all college students are aware of.

Sex educator and writer Elle Chase will demonstrate how to use sex toys and lecture on effective masturbation maneuvers.

Students who attend the unusual workshop will get free condoms and climaxing cream. They can also enter a raffle to win sex toys, notes the Student Wellness Commissioner's Facebook page.

According to Campus Reform, Gamma Rho Lambda - Zeta, a “LGBTQQIAA and Progressive Sorority,” is co-hosting tonight's masturbation workshop.
