Last Sunday in Irkutsk, Russia, a group of thugs assaulted some students who were participating in a St. Patrick's Day-themed flash mob.
According to AFP, the thugs thought the language students at the Siberian mall were pro-gay demonstrators (video below).
"The Easy School members were wearing historic costumes, particularly kilts and their opponents mistook them for representatives of non-traditional sexual orientation," a police spokesperson told Interfax News, noted AsiaOne.com.
One teacher received a mild concussion during the assault.
