According to realtors, effective staging of a house can assist in selling a home and getting the highest offer, which is why one Dutch company decided to add a roller coaster to a house to take potential purchasers on a tour through it.
The roller coaster carries one person in a carriage at a time from the bottom floor, through the garage and up the stairs to the first floor. After touring the kitchen and living room, riders are sent to the patio and up to the second floor of the home. After passing through the bedrooms, the roller coaster plummets out of the house and into the back yard.
Global News quipped that although it may be difficult to see the finer points of a home on a carnival ride, riders won't have to deal with pushy real estate agents while zipping through the house.
