A Delaware man was arrested after he allegedly hid bags of heroin marked “Death” and “Bioshock” in his baby son’s diaper.

Police were questioning Michael Penn, 25, about a June shoplifting incident at a Verizon store. Penn was wanted for allegedly taking a Samsung tablet and another item from the store.

Penn was questioned in New Castle on Tuesday when police spotted him on the street. He was with his 8-month-old son and 5-year-old daughter.

After Penn put down his son, police discovered 16 baggies of heroin in the baby’s diaper, CBS Philly reported.

He now faces additional charges for heroin possession and endangering the welfare of a child.

The children were turned over to Penn’s grandmother and the Department of Family Services was notified.

Penn was released on $4,500 unsecured bond.
