A woman made a disturbing discovery in her backyard when she let her dog outside.
When a Dormont, Pennsylvania, woman let her dog out in her backyard on Jan. 5, she found the body of 35-year-old Chaz Robinson, WTAE reports. Robinson had been fatally shot the night before.
Timothy Bevan, the 23-year-old suspect in Robinson's murder, surrendered to police on Jan. 6.
Court papers say Robinson stole marijuana from Bevan and ran away. Bevan then chased Robinson, while firing his gun at him.
