A 20-year-old woman has surrendered to police after she allegedly attempted to murder a 64-year-old man she met on an online dating website (video below).

According to reports, 20-year-old Jenessa Rosenbach of Evans, Colorado, is facing charges of attempted homicide and assault after a 64-year-old man called 911 saying that he had been assaulted by the woman whom he met online.

Loveland police initially were on the lookout for Rosenbach, but eventually she turned herself in.

Westword reports that earlier this year, the 20-year-old posted a disturbing status on Facebook about online dating that could potentially come into play during this investigation.

“Is every man on this planet on a f****g dating website! Losing hope there are good men out there,” Rosenbach reportedly posted on her Facebook page. “Is the man not being on dating websites really that big of a request lol. Can't you be a big boy and go out into the world to actually find a women and get the courage to ask her out. Doesn't take anything to type a couple words.”

Patty Kemper, a neighbor of the 64-year-old victim, told The Denver Channel that she saw the man sitting in his driveway covered in blood.

“It appeared the front of his shirt was bloody, and he had a wide white bandage around his neck,” Kemper said. “Of course, people here were concerned. ... So I'm glad to know she's turned herself in.”

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and is said to be doing better.

Rosenbach surrendered after a warrant was issued and is currently being held on $500,000 bond.

Police are still investigating the incident.
