Woman Arrested After Asking Boyfriend For Sex In Restaurant Restroom, Assaulting Him When He Refused

An Oak Forest, Illinois, woman was arrested and charged with domestic battery after she reportedly attacked her boyfriend when he refused to have sex with her.

Stephanie Miller, 26, from Oak Forest, Illinois, visited a local burrito restaurant with her boyfriend on April 25 after acting erratically and throwing a sandwich in a nearby bar, reports Chicago Tribune. At one point during the visit, her boyfriend says he went to the bathroom and Miller followed. She proceeded to remove her clothing and ask him for sex, reports NBC Chicago.

When he refused, Miller reportedly slammed his head against a wall. Police were called to the scene and subsequently questioned Miller about the incident. While she was going through her purse, officers say they spotted a bottle of prescription drugs with another woman’s name on it.

She was ultimately charged with illegal possession of prescription drugs in addition to the domestic battery charge.

Miller is being held on $75,000 bail.
