Christie Black is accused of stealing $5,000 from her boyfriend, Bobby Gulley, and hiding the cash in her rectum.

She had to be hospitalized to remove the money in Kingsport, Tennessee last Tuesday.

According to TimesNews.net, Gulley told police that he set a trap for Black by filing one envelope with $4,000 ($100 bills) and another with $1,000 ($100 bills) in a medicine bag along with drugs, including morphine and oxycodone.

When the money and the pills were later found missing, Gulley confronted Black, who reportedly became ill and vomited up the plastic bag that contained the partially-dissolved pills.

According to the police report: "He then asked her where the money was, and she admitted to him she'd wrapped it up and stuck it in her rectum. Black admitted to taking the money and medication because Mr. Gulley was going to kick her out and she needed money for a place to live."

Black attempted to remove the money from her rectum with a toilet brush and tongs, but was unsuccessful.

Black, who was now bleeding severely, was taken to the Holston Valley Medical Center, where the money was removed.

A theft charge is pending against Black.
