A Cherokee County, South Carolina, woman was arrested for allegedly filming herself having sex with a dog.
Deputies arrested 23-year-old Hannah Marie Haynes after she recorded herself performing sexual acts with a Dachshund and sent them to an unidentified man. The man then gave the video to the North Charleston Police Department.
An investigation began after the North Charleston Police contacted Cherokee County Deputies about the videos.
Haynes was arrested and charged with buggery, then taken to the Cherokee County Detention Center. She was later released on $5,000 bond, WSPA reported.
In a similar incident in June 2015, a Florida woman admitted to taking photographs while she had sex with her pit bull inside her grandmother's house. Ashley Miller, 18, was charged with two counts of sexual activities involving animals after investigators found sexually explicit photographs on her cell phone.
Miller would reportedly lock her bedroom door each time she wanted to have sex with her dog, 2-face.
The dog would "put her snout into her vagina on her own" without the young woman forcing the dog to engage sexually, the New York Daily News reported.
The incidents occurred between 30 and 40 during a five year period, Miller told police.
Another Florida woman was recently arrested after her boyfriend turned videos over to police of her having sex with his dogs.
Miranda Johns, 21, sent the video to her boyfriend, 30-year-old Kurtz Villavicencio. Johns told the police it was Villavicencio's idea.
The couple discussed the possibility of Johns having sex with a bigger dog, according to a police report. The police report also noted that several videos appeared to show the dogs giving Johns oral sex while she masturbated. Villavicencio reportedly gave the videos to police to prove he "did not sexually batter" Johns, the New York Daily News reported.
Johns was charged with engaging in sexual conduct with an animal.
