A Texas woman is accused of murdering her 67-year-old grandmother after she was pulled over, acting strangely and covered in blood.
Alicee Vyonn Wilson, 31, is suspected of killing her grandmother in her Forth Worth, Texas, home on March 16. Although the victim’s name has yet to be released by the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office, a police report identifies her as Wilson’s grandmother, according to the Star-Telegram.
Wilson was driving at around 70 mph with a flat tire when a Santo volunteer firefighter spotted her.
“They got her flagged down and asked if she needed some help because she looked like she had some kind of medical condition,” said Palo Pinto County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Craig Goen.

A Department of Public Safety trooper and sheriff’s deputies were sent to the scene, where they saw blood on Wilson’s face and shirt. She was acting erratically, gave officers two different false names, declined to answer questions and claimed she had been in the country for only two days after arriving from Puerto Rico, says Goen.
Wilson was detained for failure to identify, Goen told the Star-Telegram.
The officers recruited the help of the Texas Rangers and Fort Worth police to identify the owner of the SUV Wilson was driving, according to Goen.
When Fort Worth officers arrived at the home of the car's registered owner, they found the dead 67-year-old woman inside.

Tarrant County court records reveal Wilson has various misdemeanor convictions dating back to 2011, including theft, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, reports the Star-Telegram.
Wilson is in the Palo Pinto County Jail facing a murder charge and her bail was set at $500,000, according to Daily Mail.
