Wheelchair-Bound William Louis Chase Robs CVS Pharmacy

William Louis Chase, who uses a wheelchair, allegedly robbed a CVS Pharmacy in Arlington County, VA on November 1.

According to the police report, Chase shoplifted an electric razor and bottles of wine.

After he left the store, a CVS employee wheeled him back in and asked him to replace the stolen goods, reports

Arlington police pokesman Dustin Sternbeck said that Chase then pulled a knife on the employee, who backed off, allowing Chase to escape.

Later, police caught up with Chase at the nearby Courthouse Metro station. The knife was reportedly found under the seat of his wheelchair.

Chase was arrested and charged with armed robbery. He was held without bond.
