Walmart is often home to bizarre behavior. Remember that guy who got drunk and started driving a handicapped scooter around the store?

Recently, Walmart employee Foster Bills was charged with prostitution after allegedly “soliciting sexual encounters” inside a store in Queensbury, New York.

Authorities received “an anonymous complaint of a male subject performing sexual acts in a secluded location,” stated the police report.

According to, the “secluded location” was a Walmart bathroom. Bills allegedly solicited clients via "casual encounters" ads.

Police performed an undercover investigation, which ended with Bills being arrested on Wednesday “after he accepted cash for sex from an undercover State Police Investigator,” states a press release.

Bills was charged with a misdemeanor prostitution count and must appear in court on April 29.

Police also believe Bills placed another ad to have sex with people in a library bathroom. The ad includes the words: "I do have lube higher gratuity head of the line."
