A Virginia man was arrested this week for robbing DVDs after he leaving a receipt with his name and address at the store.
Matthew Martin, 45, allegedly entered a store on Labor Day and tried to steal some DVDs, according to Arlington Patch.
Martin also intended to buy some of the DVDs though, and went ahead and purchased them.
After giving the store his information, Martin was confronted by a store employee, who asked him about the other DVDs he was attempting to conceal.
Martin allegedly pulled a knife on the employee questioning him and then ran out of the store.
But police were able to track him easily by looking at a receipt he left behind, which had his address and name on it.
When police showed up at his house, Martin was there and was arrested.
