Eugene Foster Arrested: Mass Texted Nude Photo of Girlfriend's Daughter

Eugene Foster, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, was arrested after allegedly mass texting a naked photo of his girlfriend's teen daughter to nearly 40 contacts in the girl's cellphone.

According to 3TV (video below), Foster found a nude photo of the teen girl that she had taken of herself. She is a student at Poston Butte High School in San Tan Valley.

Foster decided to teach her a lesson by sending the photo to the contacts in her cell phone.

When officials at Florence Unified School District learned about the incident, they contacted parents, asking them to immediately delete the text if they or their children received it.

Even if Foster's intentions were well-intended, what he allegedly did is against the state's pornography laws. He was charged with several counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and remains in custody.
