Video: Entire 5-Story NYC Building Used as Marijuana Factory

New York City police say an entire apartment building in The Bronx was being used as a marijuana factory -- to grow, dry and packag more 1,500 pounds of marijuana. Three people were arrested in a raid on Tuesday. The Associated Press has details:
