SeattleWeekly.com reports that Seattle police officers have started a new policy of ticketing cars that honk in support of the local Occupy Seattle demonstration, which is part of the Occupy Wall Street movement (also known as the 99 Percent Movement).
The police recently announced that they will start ticketing late-night drivers (after 10 p.m.) for honking in support of the Seattle protesters, which led to one cabbie getting a $144 dollar ticket, which he says he will not pay.
