Video: “Long Live Zimmerman” Spray-Painted on Black Cultural Center

| by Michael Allen

At Ohio State University, news reports say that someone spray-painted “Long Live Zimmerman” on the campus’ black cultural center (video below).

The message is apparently in support of George Zimmerman, the Florida man who admitted to the February killing of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teen.

University newspaper The Lantern reported that the graffiti was apparently written Wednesday night or early Thursday morning on the Hale Hall building, which houses the Frank W. Hale Jr. Black Cultural Center.

The center's Executive Director Larry Williamson told 10TV: “We want the person brought to trial, caught. We want to make sure these kinds of things don’t happen.”
