Tonya Ann Fowler Calls 911 to Complain About Her Mug Shot

| by Michael Allen

In Winder, Georgia, Tonya Ann Fowler has been charged with misusing the 911 system after she called police dispatchers to complain about the quality of her mug shot taken during an arrest.

Fowler called 911 on Sunday evening after spotting her photo in Bad & Busted, a local publication that compiles images of recent arrestees.

The Winder, Georgia Police Department report says that Fowler dialed 911 “in reference to being upset about a picture.”

Fowler told a police officer that she “was upset about how she looked on the front page of the Bad & Busted printing.”
