Timothy Cruz has been charged with domestic abuse after he admitted to beating his girlfriend Brittany Roberts on the "Dr. Phil" show.

Two months after his appearance on the talk show in May, Cruz was charged with seven counts of punching, kicking and attempting to strangle Roberts between 2011 and 2013, notes The Oklahoman.

The Oklahoma City couple, who have a 6-month-old daughter, appeared on a "Dr. Phil" episode titled "Broken Bones, Broken Hearts and Broken Engagements?" (video below).

Cruz told Dr. Phil that he had choked his Roberts while holding their baby daughter and added: "I’ve punched Brittany in the face. I’ve kicked her. I’ve given her a concussion."

Cruz recalled how he once broke Roberts nose and forced her into a bath tub, with her clothes on, because she was bleeding all over the floor, which upset him.

In another incident, Roberts said that Cruz sat on her stomach while she was seven weeks pregnant, causing a miscarriage, which in some states would be considered murder.

Fortunately, the Department of Human Services took Cruz and Robert’s child, who lived, into protective custody in November 2012.

Cruz has also cheated on Roberts with men and women.

Roberts described her boyfriend as "evil" and "abusive," but said she would still marry him if he could change his ways, reports the Daily Mail.

According to The Oklahoman, a damning phone conversation between Cruz and Roberts was recently recorded by police.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Roberts asked Cruz if he was being honest on the "Dr. Phil" show and her boyfriend answered: "Yes...everything I said on the show was absolutely 100 percent, I mean honest to God true."
