Three women allegedly attacked a man inside a movie theater that was showing the film "Fifty Shades of Grey."

The incident reportedly happened on Valentine's Day at a theater in Glasgow, Scotland.

"Three women, aged 51, 38, and 31, have been arrested for alleged disorder offenses and alleged assault," said a spokeswoman for Police Scotland, noted the BBC.

The G1 Group, which owns the theater, said in a statement, "Despite press reports, nobody was glassed and a wine bottle was not used as a weapon - those involved did not require hospital attention."

Witnesses told the Daily Record that the movie theater staff had to wipe blood off the seats following the incident.

“Besides being the worst film I have ever seen, three women were getting arrested and put in a police van when we arrived," said moviegoer Michael Bolton.

The alleged assault took place after the man told the rowdy women to be quiet.

Another witness, identified only as Michael, added: “There were also several incredibly drunk women vomiting in the aisle and corridor and several complaints from the other screen about drunk and rowdy folk.”
