Video: Three Daycare Workers Arrested for Encouraging Toddlers to Fight

Three employees of the 'Hands of Our Future Daycare' center in Dover, Delaware, were arrested on Monday for watching and pushing two toddlers to fight each other, reports CBS Philadelphia.

Dover police say that Tiana Harris, Lisa Parker and Estefania Myers were charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangering and conspiracy (video below).

The women were reportedly arrested after a cell phone video, with the employees cheering on the toddlers in a fight, was somehow shown to a police officer.

According to CBS Philadelphia, one child can be heard crying "He’s pinching me," as a daycare worker says, "No pinching, only punching."

'Hands of Our Future Daycare' has had its business license suspended, pending a hearing.
