Dallas, Texas, mother Paw Eh was accused of attempting to kill her children after she allegedly forced her kids to ingest ant poison on Oct. 24.

An arrest warrant affidavit released on Oct. 25 revealed that Eh, 31, fed her 4-year-old son poison, but unsuccessfully attempted to feed her 7-year-old and 12-year-old the same thing, The Dallas Morning News reports. The 4-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital and has since been stabilized.

Eh was arrested on Oct. 24 and charged with attempted capital murder.

According to the 12-year-old girl who spoke with investigators, Eh planned to kill her children before finally killing herself. The girl added that her mother had put ant poison on a spoon with water before forcing the 4-year-old to drink it and keep his mouth shut.

When the boy refused the poison, Eh reportedly slapped him and forced him to ingest the liquid.

According to one neighbor, Eh often passed out and would forget important events. Due to her unusual medical condition, she was often supervised by a man thought to be her husband.

Police noted that the older children were handed over to family members on the night of Oct. 24, according to the Daily Mail. However, a spokesperson for Child Protective Services said that the children are in CPS custody.

Eh is currently being held on $500,000 bail. She has no history of criminal activity.
