Texas Man Sprays Vulgar Sign on Own House

Police in San Antonio say a man who spray painted a vulgar message on his own house has broken no laws, despite outrage from his neighbors.

It seems someone stole Darryl McClain's truck earlier this month from his driveway, so he painted a message on his garage:

To the motherfu.... that stole my truck. U R a dead man.

He also offered $2,000 for information leading to the return of his truck.

Neighbors are not happy with the message, as well as the increased traffic on the street by people curious about the message.

The Daily Mail reports that police say there is nothing they can do about it because McClain was smart enough not to spell out the obscenity, and he didn't issue a threat to anyone in particular.

For his part, McClain says this is just who he is.

"I speak my mind," he told KENS-TV. "Most people keep it in."
