Two teens were recently arrested after they posted pictures of themselves on Facebook allegedly joyriding in a stolen electric wheelchair (video below).

According to a police report, the two unidentified 14-year-old boys broke into a home that is under construction in Flower Hill, N.Y.

The teens reportedly stole a Quantum 600 Power Base wheelchair from the Long Island home at 11:30 p.m. last Saturday night.

The owner of the wheelchair is a disabled 25-year-old man who lives with his mother, reports Pix 11.

According to the Associated Press, the boys rode the $17,000 wheelchair around the neighborhood until its battery power ran out.

During their investigation, Nassau County Police somehow found the pictures of the boys on Facebook and arrested them.

The joyriding teens now face charges of third-degree burglary and grand larceny.
