Jenelle Evans, who stars on MTV's reality show Teen Mom 2, tested positive for marijuana and opiates, according to her attorney Dustin Sullivan.

Evans was released from the Brunswick County jail in Bolivia, North Carolina on a $10,000 bond. Sullivan said the troubled teen mother was charged with a probation violation because of her positive drug tests.

The 19-year-old Evans, who lives in North Carolina, was charged with assault back in March after a fight that she was involved in was recorded on video. She received 12 months of probation and community service for an additional drug paraphernalia charge.

The reality show "Teen Mom" documents the challenges of four teens' first years of motherhood and is often filled with drama on and off the screen.
