Taylor Swift took to the witness stand on Aug. 10 and told a court that former KYGO radio DJ David Mueller grabbed her bare backside during a 2013 meet and greet.
"What Mr. Mueller did was very intentional," the pop singer told the court while answering questions from Mueller's attorney, Gabriel McFarland, according to CNN.
Swift's people told KYGO what she said happened, and they conducted an investigation. Mueller was fired two days after the June meet and greet. KYGO officials said that Mueller changed his story, and they deemed that he was not being truthful.
"I had no reason to disbelieve what he was telling me," KYGO Vice President Robert Call told the court, according to BuzzFeed. "My understanding was that he had put his hand under her dress and grabbed her rear end."

Swift was 23 at the time.
"This is what happened, it happened to me, I know it was him," said the Grammy-winning performer, according to CNN.
Mueller filed a lawsuit against Swift, her mother, and her radio promotions director Frank Bell in 2015 for what he said was a false claim that they used to convince KYGO to terminate him.

Swift then filed a civil countersuit alleging that Mueller put his hand under her dress and grabbed her rear end.
The former radio host's team said that Mueller did not grope Swift; if anything, she might have felt the usual "jostling" for a photo, they said.
"If you look at that photo, his hand is not underneath her skirt," said McFarland. "It's not ruffled, rumpled, affected in any form or fashion."
But Swift maintained a firm testimony and did not change her story.
"Gabe, this is a photo of him with his hand up my skirt -- with his hand on my a*s," she said. "You can ask me a million questions -- I'm never going to say anything different. I never have said anything different."
When asked why her skirt was not visibly rumpled or out of place in the photo, if Mueller did indeed have his hand on her bottom, Swift responded, "Because my a*s is located in the back of my body."
"I am critical of your client for sticking his hand under my skirt and grabbing my a*s," Swift said.
She also said that Mueller and his team "blamed" her "for the unfortunate events of his life that are a product of his decisions" but that she refused to "feel in any way" that the proceedings were her fault.
Swift's mother also testified and said that she "knew something was horribly wrong" when she saw the photo and found her daughter feeling humiliated.
"He sexually assaulted her," she said. "Right there, that guy."
