Sydney Levin is accused of using a prosthetic penis to try to pass a drug test.
According to Erik Lawrenz, spokesman for the St. Charles Police Department, Levin was submitting a urine sample last week in St. Charles, Missouri, when a police officer allegedly saw him using a prosthetic penis called a 'Whizzinator.'
The Whizzinator is advertised as a device that stores someone else’s urine to fool drug tests, reports CBS St. Louis.
Levin was charged with possessing a forging instrument. He was arrested and released after posting $25,000 bond on March 22, reports KSDK.com.
Levin was on probation for possession of drugs and stealing.
The Whizzinator is sold on the web as a sex toy through a company called Alternative Lifestyle Systems.
