The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is using New York City's anti-terrorism slogan on an outdoor advertisement featuring a woman wearing a sexy, deep neckline top.
Some critics say the photo combined with the slogan “See Something, Say Something” adds a whole new meaning.
In the NYC ad, the woman is holding a cell phone, which almost makes the PSA look like a telephone company advertisement.
New York Magazine questioned the effectiveness of New York City's slogan in a September 2012 article, but a MTA spokesman claimed the program is successful and a valuable part of city security.
However, the MTA provided no evidence to back up the claim.
