In an op-ed published Wednesday on Breitbart.com, former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin called President Obama “a liar or a hugely incompetent CEO” after he denied having any involvement with the IRS targeting scandal or Benghazi.

Certain of Obama’s participation in what she called the biggest controversy since Watergate, Palin accused him of helping ease the IRS scandal story into the news.

However, Obama claims he heard about the IRS scandal just as every other American did: by way of the news.

Criticizing the IRS, Palin called the organization a “monstrous bureaucracy” that inspired fear in the average American and stripped citizens of their First Amendment rights. She was outraged at Lois Lerner, Director of the IRS Exempt Organizations division, who took the Fifth, considering audited Americans were not given the same luxury.

"[The IRS scandal is] tangible proof of how a corrupt government can intimidate and target a person’s record, reputation, and life, and make them feel helpless," Palin wrote, calling the incident a transformative moment in American lives.

Palin went on to say that only small government can ensure American liberties and freedoms, and strike down “atrocious government actions” like those attributed to the IRS.

“Will we stand for this?” Palin wrote, “Enough is enough!”
