Russian CEO On The Run After Brutally Beating Girlfriend
The CEO of a Russian communications firm has gone missing after brutally beating his girlfriend in an unexpected attack.
Pavel Ushanov, the 33-year-old CEO of Devino Telecom, reportedly fled from the police after beating Alexandra Sereda, his 27-year-old girlfriend of two years. Sereda, who works as a model, has numerous scars and bruises as a result of the attack.
Although Ushanov has not yet been captured by the police, there is a warrant out for his arrest in Russia. His whereabouts have not yet been revealed.
According to the Daily Mail, Serada spoke with representatives from the Russian media regarding the incident while she was lying in her hospital bed.
“I was leaving for work and it was 7 a.m. in the morning when I heard the doorbell, and then I heard his voice. I could hear that he sounded annoyed, and I didn’t want to open the door, but he obviously wasn’t going away so then I did and without saying anything he just went inside and punched me in the head,” Serada said.
Serada only managed to escape after kicking open the door of her home and using her cell phone to contact local police. The paramedics quickly arrived, and she was taken to the hospital. When law enforcement authorities attempted to find Ushanov, they were unsuccessful.
The exact motive behind the beating has not been specified, but Serada claims that she had recently told Ushanov that she wanted to end their relationship.
