Rob Kardashian could be in serious trouble under California "revenge porn" law for publicly posting naked pictures that his ex, Blac Chyna, texted to him.

"Kardashian’s conduct epitomizes 'revenge porn' -- a jilted ex unable to handle rejection and jealousy in a mature way who aggresses by sexually exposing another individual," attorney Carrie A. Goldberg told the New York Daily News. "What matters is whether he had her consent at the time he distributed them to his nine million Instagram followers. His words show he did not."

As Opposing Views reported, Kardashian, who has a baby daughter, Dream, with Chyna, uploaded a number of racy photos of his ex's breasts, butt and genitals to his Instagram on July 5 during a long social media rant in which he said she cheated on him multiple times, regularly uses drugs and alcohol and used him for money and revenge.

"This is the dude Chyna got caught cheating on me with for a minute now," Kardashian wrote next to one image, along with images of text messages he said he received. "And look he texted me asking for help and said he needed money cuz he can't afford to pay Chyna's bill so that's why I pay her bills."

"More receipts are coming," Kardashian wrote in the Instagram posts. "Just yesterday Chyna sent me her p**** and everything and said she gonna come f*** me ... wait for it. Never once have I cheated on Chyna and I remained loyal to her even after all the cheating she been doing and the multiple men she been f***ing including me."

Although Instagram took the photos down, he continued posting them.

"Revenge porn is illegal in California and it certainly appears to me that Rob has violated this criminal law," said Los Angeles-based lawyer Lisa Bloom, who won a revenge porn case for actress Mischa Barton in June.

Bloom said that while the criminal penalty would be a six month jail sentence, she could potentially receive "millions" if she sued him for money due to emotional distress, since Kardashian is so popular on social media.

There's a small catch, though: TMZ notes that Chyna "liked" the photos that Kardashian posted, and sources told the media outlet that Chyna would never file a report with police.

That doesn't necessarily prove to be a deal breaker.

"If the photos were posted without her consent then -- no -- her 'liking' them absolutely does not diminish the fact that he violated her sexual privacy and has opened himself up to punishment in civil and/or criminal courts," Goldberg told the New York Daily News. "Liking should not be taken literally -- she's just communicating to him hey, I see what you did there, you a-hole."
