Video: Richard Weaver Says Stepson Texas A&M Shooter Thomas Caffall was 'Crazy as Hell'

Thomas Caffall, who allegedly killed two people and wounded several others in College Station, Texas, was described as "crazy as hell" by his stepfather Richard Weaver (video below).

Weaver told KBTX-TV that his family was devastated by Caffall’s shootings: “He was crazy as hell. At one point, we were afraid that he was going to come up here and do something to his mother and me.”

Weaver also said Caffall had quit his last job nine months ago promising “never to work for anybody ever again.”

His mother, Linda Weaver said she was “shocked and devastated” by his actions: “Our thoughts and prayers go to the families of the deceased and the wounded victims."

Caffall began opening fire when he was servied with an eviction notice at his home near the campus of Texas A&M University on Monday.
