Randy Travis Arrested for DWI, Threatens to Shoot and Kill Officers

Country singer Randy Travis was arrested for a DWI, on Tuesday night, in Tioga, Texas.

Travis crashed his automobile and was found lying on the street by Grayson County police, reports E! News.

Police suspected that Travis had been drinking and asked him to take a breathalyzer test, which he refused.

To matters worse, Travis allegedly threatened to shoot and kill officers while in their police car.

Travis was later ordered give a a blood sample by a judge, which showed that he was intoxicated.

The singer was charged with a misdemeanor for the DWI and a felony for allegedly threatening the police officers.

In February of this year, Travis was arrested for public intoxication in Dallas, Texas. He was found inside his parked car with a bottle of wine.
