Police Shoot at Suspect During Live Tampa Newscast (video)

Fox 13 in Tampa, Fla. aired a live broadcast of police shooting at a suspect on Friday afternoon.

The incident began with a police chase of the suspect, reported FLNewscenter.com.

In the video (below), police officers in an unmarked gray car ram the suspect's orange-red automobile.

Police then begin firing their guns at the suspect, Charlie Bales, who was wanted for allegedly committing home invasions, violent robberies and several sexual assaults.

“They’re actually shooting at him, it appears,” said Fox 13 anchor Denise White before the station cut back to her in the studio, notes FTVLive.com.

Later, Bates was reported dead from the gunshot wounds by the police.
