An unidentified male caller has placed more than 300 obscene calls to Sorenson Communications, a Utah company that provides phone services for hearing and speech-impaired people.

Now, the phone company has filed a complaint in U.S. district court in Salt Lake City, Utah, claiming the calls are harmful and distract employees, reports the Salt Lake City Tribune.

The caller reportedly breathes heavily and makes indecent proposals to female employees of Sorenson Communications who answer the phone.

The identity of the caller is referred to as “John Doe” in the court papers, but the caller once referred to himself as "Rick Smith."
