Pennsylvania Man Dressed As Angry Bird Tries To Abduct Four Children

Police say a Scranton, Pa., man dressed as an Angry Bird attempted to abduct four children in a grocery store parking lot.

The man was seen reading magazines around 6 p.m. Friday in the Gerrity’s Grocery Store parking lot, according to Police Lt. Marty Crofton.

He was described as a male in 50s with glasses and a large belly.

He asked a group of four children if they wanted to take a ride in his car, and the group ran away and alerted authorities.

No arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation.
