A Pennsylvania man is due in court Nov. 12 after being accused of raping a woman, police say.

Anthony Prestopine, 33, was allegedly invited over to the woman’s home in Sharon, Pennsylvania, to have a drink, WKBN reports.

The woman told police she fell asleep and awoke to find Prestopine sexually assaulting her.

After Prestopine ignored her request to leave, the woman reportedly fought back with a frying pan.

The 33-year-old appeared bloody and bruised in his police mug shot. Prestopine can be seen with a black eye, a cut below the eye, and a bloody nose.

The assault occurred on Nov. 6, the Sharon Herald reports. Prestopine was arraigned on charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, and sexual assault. He is still in police custody because he failed to post bond.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Nov. 12.
