Joseph Pacini was charged on Sunday for allegedly making terroristic threats. When police tried to serve him with a warrant today, they tracked him to a relative's home in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Authorities followed Pacini after he left the relative's home (video below). When police pulled him over, Pacini allegedly backed his Nissan sedan up and slammed it into a patrol car, almost hitting Clifton Heights Police Chief Tim Rockenbach.
According to NBC Philadelphia, Pacini then allegedly tried to drive over more police officers with his car. That's when five cops opened fire on Pacini and killed him.
"The officers were in fear of their lives and did what they had to do," Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood told the Philadelphia Inquirer. "He threatened to kill police, threatened to kill FBI agents."
Popular VideoThis young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.
Superintendent Chitwood was apparently referring to some bizarre videos that Pacini posted on YouTube on Monday and Tuesday. In one video (below), Pacini claimed to be the "twin flame soul mate" of singer Sara Bareilles whom he asked to save him from false police charges.
Pacini claims on the video that the FBI and the CIA want to kill him, and that he had previously been locked up under false pretenses. He then plays a call from a police officer regarding an incident at a local fitness club.
"Clearly these guys want me dead or in prison, and there's no way in hell I'm going back in prison. No f------- way. So to the police, to the FBI, to the CIA agents, I'm not taking a fall for my family anymore, okay?" Pacini says on the video. "This time the Sicilian code is now busted. I'm opening my mouth, right here, right now, at 5:37 p.m. on Monday Dec. 29, 2014, this is my coming out party, okay?"
"So you want to try to bring me down? I will f------- kill you and your whole f------- family, all right? So go ahead and f--- with me, all right? Try it," added Pacini.
In a second video, Pacini reportedly advised the police to kill him. Pacini made a third video in which he told authorities that he would be at the gym if they wanted to find him. They would pull him over minutes later.
