A female NYPD officer was recently recorded by a street vendor doing a strange dance, mocking the vendor and telling him "blow me."
According to Gawker, the police officer was ticketing a Mr. Softee vendor for working in a no-parking zone in the video (below).
As the New York City vendor starts to record the officer on his cell phone, she says, "Go for it, I don’t care."
The vendor asks the officer, “What is wrong with you?”
Popular VideoThis young teenage singer was shocked when Keith Urban invited her on stage at his concert. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.
“What is wrong with you?” the female officer answers back. Moments later, she says, “Blow me, b*tch, blow me” while making an obscene gesture.
The vendor who filmed the video is not going to file a report with the city’s Civilian Complaint Review Board, which is probably going to see it online regardless.
“We’re not angry at this particular cop or out to get her,” Sean Basinski, of The Street Vendor Project, told the New York Daily News.
"We just want the police to train their officers to respect street vendors. They have ‘Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect’ put on the side of their cars… They have to live up to it,” added Basinski.
