Police are searching for various men who have been photographed masturbating on public transportation in New York City.
In one case, a man reportedly masturbated for more than half an hour while staring at a woman on the subway in Brooklyn, reports WPIX News.
The man was a passenger on the No. 2 train heading north from the President Street Station on Dec. 27 around 4 p.m. He allegedly sat down, put his hand in his pants, and fondled himself while looking at a 29-year-old woman.
The woman took a photo of the man, who has a “Team USA” tattoo on his forehead, and sent it to local police.

In July 2015, Camille Regnier, a French actress, wrote a social media post about her experiences dealing with sexual assault in Paris.
"When he was masturbating, the guy was staring at me in the window of the metro, not directly at me. Damn it. Yesterday, I was assaulted in the metro by some asshole, he was so close to me I grabbed him by the neck and today!!! I was watching a video on my phone and I saw him masturbating when I looked up! I talked to him, he said nothing, and ran away. WHAT THE [expletive] IS YOUR PROBLEM????
"Yesterday I was wearing jeans and boots and today I was wearing a long skirt … I never make eye contact with them. What's wrong with respect?? Is it because that I'm a woman that I have to experience your evil perversity every day?"
Although the photo was deleted from Facebook, the post received over 400 comments. Regnier also reported receiving several messages from women with similar experiences.
“I’m tired of what happens and so angry,” she said. “If I had to complain every time this happens, I’d spend my life talking to the police.”
