One Look At This Man's Name And You'll Probably Guess His Crime

| by Sarah Fruchtnicht

A Canadian man was arrested on Tuesday morning for a string of flashings that took place in an Ottawa park this month.

Donald Popadick, 62, was arrested after he was caught exposing himself at around 9 a.m. on Tuesday in Mooney's Bay Park, police said.

Authorities were responding to an earlier indecent exposure call in the area about “a balding, white-haired white male in his 60s with prescription glasses” when Popadick was taken into custody, the Ottawa Citizen reported.

Popadick was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act and mischief.

This judge looked an inmate square in the eyes and did something that left the entire courtroom in tears:

He is expected to appear in court Wednesday.

He is only charged with the April 29 incident, although several others were also reported since April 14. Law enforcement is turning to the public for more information on those exposure incidents.
