Marty Andrews was recently charged in Houston, Texas with felony injury to his ten-year-old son after he allegedly bit, choked and hung the boy from a fence to "teach him a lesson."
According to KHOU.com, after allegedly biting and choking the boy, Andrews body-slammed his son onto the hood of a car for fighting during a football game.
According to court documents, Andrews then picked his unidentified son up by the shirt and hung him on a fence railing on February 26.
Andrews claimed his teeth hit the boy’s forehead by accident, reported KHOU.com, but admitted that he lifted the boy up by his jacket and put him on the hood of a car. Andrews reportedly said that he did hold the boy up against the fence by his neck, but claimed he didn't squeeze too hard.
