According to the police report, when his mother brought home the food, Foreman "became upset" because he did not want to eat Chick-fil-A. The report says the two had a "verbal disagreement" before the situation reportedly turned violent.

Foreman then allegedly hit his mother, Catherine Orf, in her face with his forehead. The report also mentioned that Foreman may have been under the influence of alcohol during the incident.

After Orf called police, Foreman was charged with domestic battery and booked into a county jail, The Buzz reports.

After a court hearing on July 22, he was released from custody. A judge has ordered that Foreman is not to contact his mother. He will also be outfitted with a device to monitor his alcohol use.

In a similar case from 2014, a man in Iowa attacked his pregnant wife with a McDonald's McChicken sandwich, reportedly because he "didn't like them," according to the Daily Mail.

Marvin Tramaine Hill, 21, was arrested after he assaulted his wife with the sandwich. She had woken him up at 1 p.m. to give him a McChicken sandwich that she had bought him, and he threw it at her, then picked it up and hurled it at her again.

Hill then allegedly followed his wife into the bathroom and shoved the sandwich's bun into her face. After his wife called 911, Hill was arrested for domestic assault.
