A man wearing a Spider-Man costume allegedly punched an NYPD police officer in Times Square after the cop told him to stop harassing tourists.

Junior Bishop, 25, was charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrested and criminal mischief on Saturday.

NYPD said the victim was one of 50 cops patrolling the area on Saturday. The officer warned Bishop after he allegedly demanded $5 from a woman he posed with for a picture, instead of the dollar she offered, Fox News reported.

The officer said he "put out his hand and told the woman 5s, 10s or 20s only."

Police warned him that he could accept tips, but could not require payment.

He allegedly cursed at the officer, allegedly telling him, "Mind your own [expletive] business."

The officer asked for his identification, which Bishop failed to produce. When he tried to arrest him, Bishop allegedly punched him in the face, leaving a cut near his eye.

Other officers moved to arrest Bishop.

The officer was treated and released from New York Langone Medical Center.
