Man Arrested for Ejaculating Into Co-Worker's Coffee Because He Liked Her

A Minnesota man faces two counts of criminal sexual conduct for allegedly ejaculating into a co-worker’s cup of coffee and on her desk at Beisswenger’s hardware store in New Brighton, reports CBS Minnesota.

John R. Lind, 34, reportedly admitted to police on Aug. 28 that he had ejaculated into another employee’s coffee twice since February and that he had done the same on her desk four times and used one of her hair scrunchies to wipe up the liquid.

According to the police statement, Lind said he was attracted to the worker and did this in order to get her to notice him. He also confessed that he realized his actions were “gross and wrong,” police said.

Lind’s co-worker called police after she says she found him standing in front of her desk with his back turned to her and his hands on his crotch. She says he looked shocked when she confronted him. He also acted suspiciously after that, she said, and left quickly, slamming her office door, only to return a few minutes later to tell her he wanted to ask her a question – but couldn’t remember it.

After checking her desk, the woman said she noticed the strange liquid. She also realized it was on her hair accessory and placed the scrunchy into a plastic bag. Police later tested her scrunchy, coffee cup and coffee.

This wasn’t the first time the woman said she has had issues with Lind. For months, she claims, he had approached her with his pant zipper down. She says she threatened to report him if it didn’t stop.

The victim says she noticed for months that her coffee didn’t taste right, but that she assumed it contained spoiled milk. When police told her what the man had done, she reportedly said, “I knew it.”

If convicted, Lind could get more than one year in prison and/or a $4,500 fine.
