Travis Micho was arrested on Sunday for allegedly assaulting an assisted living worker with a burrito.

According to a Kootenai County Sheriff's report, Micho tossed the burrito at Claressa Tharp inside Harmony House Assisted Living in Hayden, Idaho.

The Smoking Gun notes that the report said Micho “grabbed his burrito from his dinner plate and threw it at Tharp as she was standing across the table from him" and Tharp was struck with “several pieces of the burrito.”

Micho reportedly admitted to law enforcement that he threw the food. He was charged with misdemeanor battery and booked into the Kootenai County Jail.

The Associated Press reports that Micho was arrested again at the jail for a probation violation.

A Kootenai County Sheriff’s spokesperson said that Micho has been arrested 17 times since 1991.
