Man Accused Of Shooting Teen Who Threw Snowballs At His Car

Jerquan Dickson was arrested in York County, Pennsylvania, for allegedly shooting a 15-year-old boy who threw snowballs at his car last Saturday afternoon.

According to the York County Sheriff's Office, Dickson told officers that after his car was hit by snowballs by a group of teens, he followed them on foot to another street where fired his handgun into the air and snow, reports Fox 43.

One of the teens, Johnel Barton, was hit by a bullet and taken to a hospital for a non-life threatening injury.

Officers claim they found six 9 mm shell casings at the scene of the shooting and searched Dickson's home where they found a 9 mm Smith and Wesson in a laundry basket.

Dickson was charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.

He was released after posting a percentage of his $150,000 bail on Sunday, notes
