The investigation into Justin Ross Harris, the father who was charged with murder after leaving his baby son in a hot car for seven hours, keeps uncovering more startling details that may prove the death was not an accident.
Last week, Opposing Views reported that Justin searched for how long it takes for an animal to die in a hot car. And now, reports are claiming that both Justin and his wife, Leanna, searched for information on child deaths.
Reports say that prior to 22-month-old Cooper’s death, Justin ran a Google search to find out about past cases of child deaths in relation to overheated cars.
“Justin stated that he was fearful that this could happen,” said a police affidavit.

Justin’ wife, Leanna, who stands by her husband, also says she ran a similar search out of fear of leaving Cooper in the hot car.
“[Leanna] made similar statements regarding researching in car deaths and how it occurs,” said a police document.
At Cooper’s funeral, Leanna told a crowd of people that she believed her husband’s claims and refused to believe that he would leave his son in the hot car intentionally.
“Am I angry with Ross?" she asked. "Absolutely not. It has never crossed my mind. Ross is and was and will be, if we have more children, a wonderful father. Ross is a wonderful daddy and leader for our household. Cooper meant the world to him."
